DIRECTIONS ACT provides a range of services and programs for people affected by alcohol and drug issues, their families and the wider community.

These services and programs include:

Althea Wellness Centre
The Althea Wellness Centre is a program of DIRECTIONS ACT funded through the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing.
Arcadia House
Arcadia House offers a detox alternative to provide clients with the resources to successfully withdraw from alcohol and other drugs.
Education
Community Education, Information & Resources.
Counselling
Counselling and support for individuals, families and friends affected by drug and alcohol issue.
Needle and Syringe Program
Provides clean injecting equipment, information on safe injecting practices and general health information.
Outreach and Promotional Activities
Provides a opportunities for DIRECTIONS ACT to reach out into the community, especially to those at risk of being affected by alcohol & other drugs.
Party Safe
The Party Safe Bus travels throughout Canberra to hot spots and other venues such as colleges, universities and events where young people gather.
Support Groups
Support groups help to assist and support individuals, families and carers to work through issues and gain understanding and help from others in similar situations.
Treatment Support Service
The Treatment Support Service (TSS) is designed to help people understand all the treatment options available to them in both the ACT and interstate.
