The COMPASS Support Group offers a supportive environment to discuss issues and learn strategies to manage alcohol and other drug issues in their family.

The facilitators are counsellors at DIRECTIONS ACT with experience in working with drug and alcohol issues and how they affect families. COMPASS aims to help family members navigate through this difficult period, exploring strategies, providing information, support and resources, managing self care and wellbeing.

COMPASS meets every second Tuesday from 5:30pm – 7:30pm at DIRECTIONS ACT
Please note: Meetings will be held on Wednesdays from September.
