Methamphetamine induced psychosis has become a huge problem over the past few years. Meth psychosis can consist of the person experiencing delusions, severe paranoia and hallucinations. These symptoms are exacerbated for people who have existing or are

predisposed to schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. In this case ATS use can lead to hospitalisation.
The use of Methamphetamine has been strongly associated with a wide range of mental health problems which can vary from:
- Anxiety
- Paranoia
- Psychosis
- Aggression
- Depression
- Panic attacks
- Suicidal thoughts
- Delusions and Hallucinations
- Decreased concentration and memory loss
Some mental health problems can take place during intoxication, and throughout the withdrawal process, which can last anywhere from days, weeks, months, and even years.
I was a passive person before I started using ice, even now that I have been clean for 25 months, I still feel very aggressive
Sleep deprivation has proven to be the cause of some of these symptoms, however repeated and long term use has been linked to severe and prolonged symptoms.
